This is an exceptional 19th-century reliquary containing a First-Class relic of Saint Philip Neri, one of the most influential saints of the Catholic Reformation. Known as the "Apostle of Rome," Saint Philip Neri (1515–1595) was revered for his deep spirituality, humility, and his work in reforming the Church during the Counter-Reformation. He is the founder of the Congregation of the Oratory and is recognized as a patron saint of joy and missionary work.

The Relic:

  • Saint Philip Neri – Ex Tela Imbuta Sanguine (from fabric imbued with his blood).

The reliquary comes with its original Certificate of Authenticity (COA), signed and sealed by a high-ranking ecclesiastical authority, ensuring its authenticity and historical significance. This relic offers a unique connection to a figure deeply venerated in Catholic tradition.

Reliquary Details:

  • The relic is housed securely under glass, resting on a red silk background, surrounded by silver bullion thread, which emphasizes its sacred purpose and delicate craftsmanship.
